Q. What are your working hours?

We are very flexible. On weekdays we start at 8-8:30am. On weekends our start time is 9am. You can always schedule a cleaning appointment slightly earlier or later, book early and we will make an appointment that suits you best.

Q. When can your cleaners come?

We can usually provide you with a cleaner the same day if you call in the morning. However, we do recommend you book in advance.

Q. How do I arrange a regular service?

Q. Do you need a deposit?

We do not take any money up front. Payment is to be made at the end of the cleaning, after you have inspected the premise to see that the cleaners have performed the job up to your standards. At this point you can make a payment directly to the cleaners in cash or with a registered cheque.

Q. Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a job then we will continue to clean until your are happy or we will arrange to come back and re-do the clean absolutely free of charge.

Q: Will I need to be at home during the clean?

We are happy to clean whether you're at home or not. As a trusted cleaning company, many of our customers supply us with a key, or leave one with a neighbour, to undertake cleaning while they're away from their home. We do request that the property be vacant during the service to ensure we can provide an efficient and quality service.

Q. How long will it take before my carpet is dry?

It normally takes about 2 hours before the carpet is dry and you can walk on it again - however, we recommend that you wait at least 4 hours to ensure the product has firmly sealed the fabric.

Q. Is there any guarantee that you will clean the property up to standard?

Our End of Tenancy Cleaning is a guaranteed service. If the cleaners missed a spot, or there is anything that you are not happy with, you can always call our office within 48 hours, and the cleaning team will come back to do a free-of-charge re-clean of the missed spots.

Q. Do I have to move furniture?

In most cases our Cleaners will be happy to move furniture, however there may be an additional charge for this service. It is important that any valuable items or furniture containing valuables are moved by the customer.
